Rather, Kimball Terrace keeps up its end of the deal by offering very clean, spacious motel rooms, most with a private balcony and a splendid view of the Town Green and Harbor. There's also a restaurant on the premises (the Main Sail) serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as an outdoor pool, and great family room with big picture windows of the not-too-distant harbor.
