The Connecticut Veterans Parade will take place on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, beginning at 12:30 p.m. in downtown Hartford, Conn., at the intersection of Buckingham and Washington Sts., near the State Capitol.
Billing itself as “ largest Veterans Parade in New England, and one of the biggest salutes to veterans in the entire nation,” the Connecticut Veterans Parade is attended by 40,000 spectators, more than 150 Military and Veterans groups and musical groups, and close to 4,000 marchers representing dozens of Connecticut towns!
