Free Cone Day at Ben and Jerry’s Scoop Shops, April 3

Vermont-based Ben and Jerry’s will be offering Free Cone Day on Tuesday, April 3, at participating Scoop Shops located around the world — including many Ben and Jerry’s ice cream stores in New England.
On Free Cone Day, you can choose a scoop of your favorite available Ben and Jerry’s ice cream flavors, or from its new Greek Frozen Yogurt product line. Scoop Shops will be open from noon to 8 p.m.
Free Cone Day is a celebration of Ben and Jerry’s 34 years in business and a way to say “thanks” to its loyal customers. While a lot has changed in the last 34 years, Ben and Jerry’s has never failed to hold the annual Free Cone Day to throw open the doors and continue the tradition.
“There is nothing else in the world like Ben & Jerry’s Free Cone Day,” said the progressive ice cream maker’s CEO Jostein Solheim who, like other Ben & Jerry’s employees, happily grabs a scoop and jumps behind the lines to serve up Vermont’s Finest every year. “We’re fortunate to have the most passionate and supportive fans in the world; it is our honor to continue the more than 30 year tradition to say thanks with a day of free ice cream once again.”
You can log onto the Ben and Jerry’s Scoop Shop Locator page to find participating shops near you.
