Whether the day time or late night menu, you’ll find many cheap eats meals under or just over the $10.00 mark. The selection at Everything But Anchovies is just right for a starving college kid including salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, subs, pizza and pasta. Particularly impressive are the daily specials like the pizza buffet coming in at $6.99 and the Friday pancake breakfast (midnight to 2 a.m.) at $5.99. We’d recommend checking the many daily dining menu specials here for maximum savings.
We recently feasted on a tasty pesto pasta with grilled chicken (enough for two!), a juicy large burger, and a fabulous cheesecake. The service was exceptionally friendly and efficient at this downtown restaurant that looks small from the outside, but is quite cavernous on the inside. With a no frills atmosphere, this is the place to be in the Dartmouth College area for a wide variety of excellent food — including, contrary to its name, anchovies. You can order them as a pizza topping!
