Looking for a good farmers market in the Boston, Mass., area to shop for the winter months? The Walpole Farmers Market will continue on its summer success with an indoor winter (well, late fall, technically) farmers market today from 10a.m. – 2p.m., and, then, every other Sunday at the VFW at 108 Robbins Rd. in Walpole, Mass. What to expect today: a nice variety of local produce and gifts, holiday craft-making activities for the kids, as well as free recipes and other giveaways.
Farmers markets are a great way to support local business and, generally, an affordable way to buy some really great local products. Shop local, buy local we say!
