It’s hard to believe that Memorial Day to almost Labor Day Weekend went by in such a blur and that apple picking is now at the “core” of our late-summer-to-fall day trip opportunities.

I am glad to see that the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources has cultivated a list of pick your own apple orchards in Massachusetts. Personally, we focus on just a few places for our fall day trips, so I was astounded to find out through this “map list” that there are so many spots to pick apples in Massachusetts. From the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts to just outside New Bedford on the south coast, it looks like you have your “pick” of where to go!

We would also love to hear your feedback on the best places to pick apples in Massachusetts. You can share your thoughts in the “Leave a Reply” box below.
