Call it a &#8220;Night of Terrier!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Marci Tyldesley, of Cape Public Relations, tells us that \u00a0the\u00a0Animal Rescue League will hold its &#8220;Doggone Howl-o-ween Party&#8221; on Sat., Oct. 29, from 2-5 p.m. on the patio at Laurino&#8217;s Restaurant in Brewster, Mass. Laurino&#8217;s is, by the way, a long-time favorite Cape Cod restaurant with some excellent food and a very inviting, casual atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>First, second and third place prizes will be awarded to the dogs with the best costumes (only safe, non-constricting costumes, please!). \u00a0If your dog isn&#8217;t one to dress up in costumes, he can arrive in his customary outfit and still get \u00a0free treats!).<\/p>\n<p>There will be also be complimentary appetizers for the humans. \u00a0Dogs will also enjoy the cash bar featuring a few specialty \u201cpuptails\u201d and \u00a0some special activities. \u00a0Admission is a $10 donation to The Animal Rescue League of Boston\u2019s Cape Cod branch, located near Laurino&#8217;s.\u00a0All well socialized, vaccinated dogs are welcome!<\/p>\n<p>Laurino\u2019s is located \u00a0on Route 6A in Brewster at 3668 Main St. \u00a0For more info, call (508) 896-6135 or log onto\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/arlcapecod\" target=\"_blank\">www.facebook.com\/arlcapecod<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Halloween event for dogs?
