Two new displays, <em>The Climber<\/em> and <em>The Underland<\/em> offer two outdoor learning and play environments.<\/p>\n<p>The Climber, as described the the Children&#8217;s Museum Web Site, is a &#8220;safe, artful and challenging climbing sculpture designed by nationally acclaimed artists and architects Tom and Spencer Luckey, <em>The Climber<\/em> takes kids to new heights as they wriggle and stretch through a colorful enclosed maze of undulating platforms at various levels.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em>The Underland<\/em> is &#8220;An imaginative subterranean adventure through root systems, worm tunnels and critters\u2019 burrows featuring the work of several talented local artists, Underland encourages exploration, discovery and a deep appreciation of the natural world.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Admission to the Providence Children&#8217;s Museum is quite reasonable at $8.50 per person (free for children under the age of 12 months).<\/p>\n<p><em>The Providence Children&#8217;s Museum is located at 100 South St., Providence, R.I.
