Mr. Flay, a celebrity chef frequently seen all over television, deserves kudos for opening this type of restaurant chain that respects the customer&#8217;s wallet &#8212; especially during bad economy.<\/p>\n<p><em>Bobby&#8217;s Burger Palace is located at the Burlington Mall, 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA.
