The gravel and cement path with a few guard rails along the way meanders by some some spectacular seaside mansions overlooking the rocky Maine coast, as well as pleasing patches of wildflowers. The walk alternates between easy and somewhat challenging for the novice, given the several inclines and worn paths.<\/p>\n<p>The Cliff Path begins at Hartley Mason Reservation park right across the the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnewengland.com\/hotelinfo\/147319.html\">York Harbor Inn<\/a> on Route 1A. Admission is free. Plan for about a half-hour walk.
