Kevin Meehan, owner of Imperial Chevrolet in Milford, and Imperial Ford Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep (sort of a village of autos in itself) in Mendon, Mass., and his family and friends have certainly set up a Christmas time display for the ages on the 50-acre farm-like residence.

Locals and national media like HGTV as well as viewer voters from the NBC Today Show have recognized Millis Wonderland as one of the best outdoor home Christmas displays in the United States.

Millis Wonderland is open every evening from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., until Dec. 26. Some nights brings miles of back-ups, so the best bet is to visit on the weekdays. No guarantees on the waiting time those nights, either, but it’s certainly worth the visit. I know the memories, for us, last well beyond the Christmas season!

There is no charge to drive through Millis Wonderland, but donations for charity are certainly welcome.

Millis Wonderland
60 Causeway St.
Millis MA
Email: meehan@milliswonderland.com

Editor’s note: if you’re looking to eat out locally before or after visiting Millis Wonderland, we recommend Budabing’s on Route 109, just a few minutes away. Great 50s-style cafe with excellent comfort food that is our first choice when eating out in Millis! is not open Sunday evenings, however. If visiting on Sunday night, we recommend checking out the Eagle Brook Saloon in neighboring Norfolk. It looks like something out of the Wild West with its wide, creaky front porch and rustic, “old west” bar and dining room theme. Phenomenal steaks and chili — and it’s a family-friendly atmosphere.

One look at Millis Wonderland in beautiful Millis, Mass., and you’ll never look at an outdoor home Christmas display the same way ever again.
