Harwich Port has always been one of my favorite Cape Cod travel destinations. One of seven villages in the Town of Harwich, this special neighborhood has a beautiful harbor (pictured here), a not-too-overbuilt downtown district with nice shops, restaurants, lodging and nearby beaches providing scenery, swimming and sunning. Other communities on Cape Cod might be more high profile, but we’ll take Harwich Port any day. Quite simply, it looks and feels like Cape Cod!
