A Soothing Waterfall Video for Stressful Times

I am not a doctor nor do I portray one as a publisher of a New England travel site but I do believe this waterfall video will force you to relax.

For many years, I have marveled at this waterfall scene at the 1761 Old Mill restaurant in Westminster, Mass. The pond, waterfall and ducks remind us that the simple things in life are often the greatest. Yes, I know that’s a cliche but many cliches possess extraordinary truths.

So, please enjoy this waterfall video. I am sorry about the noise of the passing truck toward the end. Otherwise, I think you’ll love this online meeting with Mother Nature!

But wait, that’s not all. As an added bonus with no need to order before midnight, here are a few still photos of the 1761 Old Mill…

Oh, and by the way, the New England fare at the Old Mill is fabulous. The Yankee pot roast, chicken pie, roast duck, New England clam chowder, corn fritters and pecan rolls are prime examples of the yummy offerings here. What’s more, social distancing is well intact with some beautiful outside pondside seating as well as picnic benches overlooking the water on the parking lot side.

The scenery and food add up to a grand New England experience. I hope you get to go here sometime soon. In the meantime, again, enjoy the waterfall video. And check out my story on the Old Mill at VisitingNewEngland!
