A commanding view of Otsego Lake can be seen at the top of the staircase. Birds chirp, the air feels fresh and the crystal clear waters glimmer from every perspective. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s also called Glimmerglass Lake. It&#8217;s hard to believe Council Rock Park is only a block from lively downtown Cooperstown (home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum).<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy the video and photo.
