While browsing all the local arts and crafts booths at the Town Festival in Hollis, N.H., we became instantly enamored by the talents of Wayne Petersen’s Irritable Bowl Syndrome bowl-making business. Far more than just another New England business with a clever name, Petersen creates a wonderful diversity of handcrafted bowls in various sizes and colors.
