Fosters Clambake, York Harbor, Maine

If you love lobster and a touch of Down East Main atmosphere, it's hard to top Fosters Clambake for lunch or dinner.  Pick your own lobster at the eight foot saltwater lobster tank or go the easier way with a lobster roll -- either way will bring you what we feel is some of the freshest Maine lobster in the area.  To round out a nearly perfect Maine meal, add some New England clam chowder, cornbread and for dessert, Maine blueberry crumb cake.

The real draw, however, is more comprehensive -- the traditional Down East Clambake that features:
New England clam chowder
Maine clams
Mussels
Maine lobster
Hot drawn butter
Sweet corn on the cob
Roasted red bliss potatoes and onions
Rolls and butter
Blueberry crumb cake
Hickory BBQ chicken or eggplant

Incredible, and especially popular for group events! The clambake can be made at the pavillion on the premises, or be cooked and catered off the premises.

The atmosphere has somewhat of a picnic feel within the spacious dining room with long tables, or the outdoor patio. This is classic Maine dining at its best!

Speciality dishes include: lobster!

Fosters Clambake is located at     5 Axholme Rd, York, ME. Tel. (207) 363-3255
