We all know that lodging can get mighty expensive around New England ski country, but that’s not always the case. The Royalty Inn in Gorham, N.H., is keeping it prices well under $100 a night, at this writing, and is only 10 miles to Wildcat Mountain and 25 miles to Sunday River in Newry, Maine. Additionally, the Royalty is approximately 11 minutes to Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center, also in Gorham, which features cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snow tubing.

The Royalty Inn just doesn’t rely on its great location. They have an indoor pool, health club, jacuzzi,cable television and a restaurant/lounge amongst many other features. Nice to see that some lodging establishments around ski resorts pay deep respect to good value for the customer!
