Camden, Maine, Christmas by the Sea

Christmas by the Sea in beautiful Camden, Maine, is held annually during the first week of December, bringing a touch of holiday spirit to the mid-Maine coast.

This beloved event has been around for more than 20 years, highlighted by Santa and his helper navigating in a lobster boat instead of a sleigh, a tree lighting ceremony, a Holiday House and Inn tour, a star on top of Mt. Battie , a Christmas parade, and local stores and restaurants offering “specials.” Neighboring Lincolnville and Rockport also participate in the event, adding some nice holiday moments!
