(Brought to you by VisitingNewEngland.com) Where do you like to walk or hike in the New England states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont? Be sure to include your name or initials and where you're from. REPLIES FROM OUR READERS: WHH WROTE: Onset, Mass., a beautiful village at the beginning of Cape Cod just before the Bourne Bridge. It has long beaches to walk. My favorite place to stay is the Point Independence Inn & Spa, a small inn directly on the beach. The village is small and has a few nice shops and restaurants, but it is all about the bay and the beach. The best part it is never crowded and the parking is free. And it is just an hour from Boston without the bridge traffic.
