I’ve always been a champion of locally owned and operated restaurants, but something resonated quite nicely with me when hearing that Bobby Flay’s Bobby’s Burger Palace restaurant chain just opened at the Burlington Mall in Burlington, Mass. The main reason: substantially-sized burgers starting at $6.75 and topping out at $7.75.
Having been to high profile chain restaurants and tourist trap dining spots that obnoxiously charge much more for a burger, it is actually nice to see a high profile celebrity keep the prices down at a chain restaurant. Mr. Flay, a celebrity chef frequently seen all over television, deserves kudos for opening this type of restaurant chain that respects the customer’s wallet — especially during bad economy.
Bobby’s Burger Palace is located at the Burlington Mall, 75 Middlesex Turnpike, Burlington, MA. Tel. (781) 425-3652
