Lobster Pound, Seabrook NH Dining Review Brown's Lobster Pound Serves Seafood, New England Style in Seabrook, N.H. ![]() ![]()
Brown's Lobster Pound in Seabrook, N.H., meets all the criteria that demanding New Englanders seek in a summertime seafood restaurant. The indoor lobster pound,
delicious lobster, lobster rolls and steamers, superb New England clam
chowder, excellent fried and baked seafood plates, phenomenal onion
rings, corn on the cob, informal indoor atmosphere and outdoor deck
waterfront dining all add up to a legendary lobster pound destination.
There's nothing like a day at the beach (we like York Beach) and then
heading to Brown's for a classic New England seafood style dinner. In business since 1950, Brown's
frequently comes up in conversation amongst New Englanders in regards
to
the best southern New Hampshire coastal lobster shacks. Personally, I
have been involved in countless conversations in my lifetime on
this topic and I've never heard anyone say something bad about Brown's.
On the contrary, the talks on Brown's are always glowing!
It's really one of those proverbial "beloved" New England lobster
pounds. Good news, too, if you can't make it in the summer: Brown's is open year-round (call for hours). I strongly and enthusiastically suggest dining here when in the southern New Hampshire or Maine and northern Massachusetts seacoasts! Brown's is located at 407 NH Highway 286 in Seabrook, N.H. Tel.
