If you enjoy fall foliage, we think you’ll enjoy our new Fall Travel, New England Style photo board on Pinterest.
From Vermont fall foliage to leaf peeping in the hills of Connecticut, we have selected some of our best autumn photos, while showcasing some amazingly colorful, professional pictures from others. We are also honored to have some esteemed contributors, including Yankee Magazine, VisitNH.com, MassVacation.com and the Vermont Country Store. Of particular note is a contribution from Yankee Magazine that leads to a slideshow, “The Top 25 Foliage Towns in New England.” Yankee features some truly amazing fall photos here and offers information on how to read the full article.
We, at VisitingNewEngland.com, have also made sure to include fall photos of not so obvious places that are worthy fall destinations — whether for a vacation or day trip. In our travels, we have come across the Annual Pumpkin Patch held every October at the Epiphany Church in Walpole, Mass., views from Mid-Burke Mountain in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, and even a little coastal foliage in America’s favorite hometown, Plymouth, Mass. Yes, the coast has some marvelous foliage, too!
The Thrifty New England Traveler loves that leaf peeping through the small towns and back roads of New England has no admission charge! We recommend checking back in regularly to Fall Travel, New England Style as we’ll be updating on a regular basis. Happy fall travels!
