National Take A Walk In The Park Day

Share this New England story on

Today is National Take A Walk In The Park Day! Isn’t it amazing they have a day for everything? I know the Boston area will be experiencing spring-like temperatures today so the outlook for walking in the park and not feeling like you’re not in the frozen tundra is good.

One of my favorite parks in New England: Hesky Park at 327 Daniel Webster Highway in, Meredith, N.H. with its meandering paths and walking bridges along beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.

So pick a park, preferably one that’s free of charge and enjoy the moments on this 2021 version of National Take A Walk In The Park Day!
